Shipping your order

Shipping method

Our orders are shipped by using PostNL, TNT Parcel Service or DHL (only Holland).

If an order does not fit through a mailbox it will be send using parcel service. In that case you will receive from us a ‘3S’ number by email. With this number you can track your shipment. Either at www.tracktrace.nl or https://dhlforyou.nl/login/track.

TNT Parcel service does not deliver packages heavier than 12 kg when using a P.O. box. We therefore recommend, when placing a larger order, to use a regular shipping address.

It is possible that, after entering your 3S number, you get the message “No parcels found”.
This happens when your order has not yet been processed in the system. In most cases you only need to wait 12 to 24 hours before successfully trying again.

When the same message keeps appearing after three days, and you still haven’t received your order (in Holland), please contact us so that we can look in to it.

Shipping costs

We do not charge any shipping costs within Holland. It is free of charge (0,00) no matter how many products you order or how many partial deliveries we send. In all other cases the shipping costs are as follows:

Delivery times

With every product you will find an average order & shipping time (based on delivery in Holland.) Most popular articles are in stock. When in stock and ordered before 17.00 hours c.e.t. you will receive your order –in most cases- the next day (only in Holland).

Delivery of multiple items

When you order more than one product, we will do our best to deliver all items in one shipment. The general ordering & shipping time equals that of the product with the longest ordering time. If there are huge differences in estimated delivery times (between products) we will always contact you to check if this is desirable.

Estimated delivery time has passed, but not yet received the product

It is possible that a product has not yet been send although the ordering & shipping time has passed. An article can still have the indication “Processing”. Through emails we will keep you informed of such delays. If, after passing the estimated delivery time with at least 5 office days, we request you contact us.

Delay during shipment

In your account (if made) you can see whether a few or all products have been send, or are still being processed. If you see a ‘Shipment’-indication and you still haven’t received your order, we ask you to wait at least a few more office days before contacting us. In some cases, when delivering in Holland, PostNL takes 2 or 3 days to deliver your order. Parcels shipped with DHL (only Holland) will take +/- 3 office days.

Estimated shipping times can be found in the section ‘Delivery times PostNL/TNT Parcel service’! If you wish to contact us, we ask you to do this by using email. In the subject bar we ask you to please add your order number. This will always speed up checking the status of your order.

The order is (partially) cancelled

The order (one, a few or completely) can be cancelled for several reasons. The most likely is that the article appears not to be available after all. Either because we no longer have the article in stock, or the supplier doesn’t. This last situation will only be clear after passing on your order to the wholesaler, the distributor or the factory. In most cases we will receive status information within 1 – 2 weeks. If not available for at least 1 or 2 months we will receive a ‘deleted status’. In that case your payment will, of course, be reimbursed as soon as possible, or we can supply you with an alternative if desired.

A foreign shipping address?

The ordering & delivery time depends on the article with the longest, estimated ordering & delivery time. The delivery time depends fully on the destination. The further away from Holland, the longer it takes to deliver.

Countries outside the European Union

Outside the EU it is certainly possible that customs will charge additional fees for importing goods. As customer you are responsible for these fees, which can vary from country to country and also depends on the order amount (below Euro 50,- you can almost always import without additional customs fees). If you wish to know how high the fees can amount to, we hereby refer you to your own, national Customs services.

Order & delivery time

On every individual detail page and result page, you will find estimated order & delivery times (based on delivery in Holland). It is the time we need to (order through &) ship your order. The delivery time is included in this estimate when it comes to Dutch addresses.
For foreign destinations you need to add the average delivery time to see how long it -in general- will take to receive the order.
