Payment options

How do I make contact regarding my invoice(s) and/or payment(s) ?

If you have questions regarding your invoice and/or payment, you can email us through .

Please add as much data as possible in this email, such as:

• The order number
• The order amount
• The date of payment
• The account number from which you possibly made the payment in advance
• The description that possibly was given by the bank
• The name of the account holder

Payment reminder

When you receive from us a payment reminder, it is because we received either no payment or only a partial payment. After you’ve payed for your order, it can take up to 5 office days before a bank transfer is processed and the order is send.

Methods of payment

On CDenDVD.nl you can use one of the following methods to pay for your order:

• iDEAL (only possible for orders from Holland)
  With this method you can make the payment by using your own online bank software.
  Payments can be made in the secure environment that you are used to.
• Paypal (worldwide)
  With this method you can pay by using your paypal-account. Either by creditcard which is linked to this account, or by bank which might be linked to the account. With Paypal you can make payments in a very secure environment.
• Bank transfer (only possible for orders from Holland & Belgium)
  In case of more than one orders (separate order numbers!) we ask you to handle them separately. For each payment we ask you to include the order number and your last name in the subject bar.
  If you combine separate payments in one amount, we can not guarantee that the payments will be handled correctly. If you prefer this method, please send us an email with the specifications of the transfer and the transaction description. As soon as we’ve received this we will be able to correctly process your payment(s).
  
  The next payment method will soon be added to the possibilities:

• Creditcard through using Buckaroo
  You can enter your credit card data safely through the secure SSL procedure, which is handled separately by Buckaroo Payment Engine. They, and your credit card organisation, will ensure a carefree transaction.

Payback period after returning or cancelling an order

• If you’ve payed your order using iDEAL, you can expect the amount to be reimbursed within 5 – 10 office days after processing the returned product(s).
• If you’ve payed your order using Paypal, you can expect the amount to be reimbursed within 1 – 3 office days after processing the returned product(s).
• If you’ve payed your order using a Creditcard, you can expect the amount to be reimbursed within 3 weeks after processing the returned product(s).

The legal reimbursement period is currently 4 weeks. We however always try to execute this as soon as possible.
